Geauga County 4-H Camp Whitewood (Geauga-Trumbull Co Week only) Scholarship Application 2021

All parts of the application must be completed and submitted to the Extension Office by May 31, 2021 to be considered for the scholarship. Scholarship applicants must be registered for camp by May 31st to be eligible to receive a scholarship.
